Who we are
Jobrex is a private publication and job search website operated by W2WD LLC. Jobrex is a brand used by W2WD LLC. The website is jobrex.co. Our postal address is 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or government employment service. Listings come from a third-party index, and applications take place on external listing sites.
Information we receive
When you create an account, we receive your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, password, and optional phone number. We store a password hash rather than your readable password. You may also provide a professional headline, skills, experience, a CV, saved job references, saved search preferences, and application records. Standard hosting logs may include IP addresses, browser and device details, referring pages, and access times. Contact forms send the name, email address, and message you provide to our support mailbox. If you choose text updates, we also keep your mobile number, separate service and marketing choices, the consent wording and version shown, the source form, and the time you submitted those choices. A checkbox that was not selected is recorded as not opted in. Web unsubscribe requests include your first name, mobile number, and request time.
How we use information
We use your information to operate and secure your account, display your saved jobs and saved searches, store your CV privately, maintain the application tracker you control, respond to inquiries, and send account password-reset emails you request. We do not submit your CV or applications to employers. Your application status is recorded by you and is not a verified employer decision. We do not run email marketing campaigns.
Text messages
Marketing from Jobrex is sent by SMS, and only after you give express consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also use our Unsubscribe page. Consent is not required to purchase anything or to use this website. We do not run email marketing campaigns. Email is collected only so we can reply to you. We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. For account features, your email is also used for sign-in, security, and password-reset requests. Creating an account does not give consent to text messages.
Job search and shared caching
A job search sends job keywords and location to Jooble through our server. Your name, email, account password, phone number, and CV are not sent with this request. Search results are cached in MySQL and shared across matching searches to reduce provider requests. Cache keys are generated from normalized search inputs and do not include your account identity. Results may remain temporarily in your session. Listing details selected for the homepage or saved by a user may be retained separately. Search providers process requests under their own policies.
CVs and account records
Your CV is stored in a protected directory and downloaded through your authenticated account. Keep contact details and other content in your CV limited to what you wish to retain for your own search. Jobrex does not publish a public CV directory or send CVs to employers automatically. Your saved jobs, profile details, search preferences, and application notes remain associated with your account until you remove them or delete the account.
Cookies and similar tools
We use an essential session cookie for sign-in, form security, and confirmation messages. Your browser may store a navigation preference. No advertising analytics scripts, marketing pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising tools are installed by this package. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information when your browser downloads them. You can block cookies in your browser, but account features may not function.
Sharing
We may share information with vendors that host the website or deliver account emails, where necessary to provide those services, and when required by valid legal process. Those vendors are not given permission by us to use account information for their own marketing. We do not sell your personal information for money. If you follow a job listing to another website, that website’s terms and privacy practices apply. Your choices
You can view and update profile details in Settings, remove saved jobs and saved searches, replace or delete your CV, and edit or delete application records. Settings provides an account-data download and account deletion. Contact us for additional privacy questions. Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing as those terms are defined by applicable state law. Both text-message choices are optional and separate. You can update your text preferences in Settings, use our Unsubscribe page, or reply STOP to any message. Reply STOP any time. Retention and deletion
We retain account records while your account is active. Account deletion removes your profile, CV, saved jobs, saved searches, reset records, and tracked applications from the active database. Hosting backups may remain for a limited operational period under the host’s retention process. Expired reset tokens, rate-limit entries, and older unreferenced job-cache data can be removed by scheduled maintenance. Support correspondence and security logs are retained only as needed for response, security, operations, or legal obligations. Consent records remain while needed to document your choices and are removed from the active account records when you delete the account. Web opt-out records may be retained to honor cancellation requests and are not used for marketing.
Security
We use hashed account passwords, authenticated access to private files, parameterized database queries, and form-security tokens. Keep your password confidential and use a strong password unique to this account. No website can guarantee uninterrupted or completely secure operation. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Children
This website is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Review the policy when using new features.
